Last updated: 5 September 2026. Working version. The inventory below distinguishes planned functions and services identified on the website; it is not a complete audit of the cookies actually installed. Consent must be validated and the inventory completed before commercial launch.
Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. They can, for example, maintain a session or remember items in your basket. Other technologies, such as local storage and tracking identifiers, may serve similar purposes.
They may be session or persistent cookies, set by the website itself or by external providers. Some identifiers may constitute personal data even if they do not directly include your name.
This policy applies to the Terras da Gama website. The entity presented is Sociedade Agrícola Terras da Gama, Rua de São Bartolomeu n.º 14, 6120-030 Vale da Gama. Contact: carlosimoes.terrasdagama@gmail.com. The full legal company name and NIPC must be confirmed in the Privacy Policy.
Cookies strictly necessary for communication or a feature expressly requested, such as keeping items in a basket, may be used without prior consent. This exception does not automatically cover all cookies used by an e-commerce platform.
Non-essential preference, statistics, campaign attribution and advertising cookies require prior consent where this legal obligation applies. Refusal must not prevent access to features that do not depend on them.
The choice must be freely given, informed and specific to each purpose. Continuing to browse, scrolling the page or leaving pre-selected options in place does not constitute valid consent.
The following names and durations correspond to standard WooCommerce functions and must be confirmed in the final configuration. The operator of this website is responsible for first-party cookies.
woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart: record changes to the basket; normally last for the session; used in connection with purchasing functionality.
wp_woocommerce_session_*: links the browser to basket session data; the default duration is two days, subject to configuration.
woocommerce_recently_viewed: supports the list of recently viewed products, if enabled; normally lasts for the session. Its classification and any consent requirement must be assessed before activation.
Sourcebuster and WooCommerce order attribution scripts were identified on the pages reviewed. This feature may use cookies in the sbjs_* family to link a purchase to the source of a visit and campaigns. It is not necessary to complete a purchase; consent settings must be checked.
The final inventory must identify each cookie in this family, its domain, purpose, provider and actual duration. The standard documentation specifies a 30-minute attribution session, but the final duration must be confirmed in the installation.
The Contact page embeds Google Maps and the website loads Google Fonts. These services may receive technical data when loading, even if they do not store cookies. Non-essential third-party cookies or technologies must be blocked until applicable consent has been obtained.
This work has not confirmed a full inventory of advertising, social media, statistics, authentication or payment services. Any tools added must be assessed and included before they are used.
The final configuration must provide a panel allowing users to accept, reject and select non-essential cookies by category, reopen preferences and withdraw consent at any time.
Pending implementation or verification: a preferences panel, permanent access to choices, prior blocking of non-essential technologies and a record of decisions. This text does not mean that these functions are already operational.
You may also use your browser's privacy settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect the basket or authentication. Deleting cookies alone does not withdraw consent from all providers; their respective choice mechanisms should also be used.
Before the final version, an up-to-date list of the cookies and technologies actually used must be available: name, domain, provider, purpose, category, duration and any international transfer. Verification must cover initial browsing, the basket, account, payment and external content, both before and after the consent choice.
Non-essential tools must not be added without informing the user and obtaining the consent required by law.
Where cookies or other technologies involve personal data, the Privacy Policy also applies, including individuals' rights, recipients and safeguards for international transfers.
