LAVENDER AND ROSEMARY HONEY

A wild product originating from predominantly lavender blossom, harvested in unpolluted areas of our estate.

Light in colour, with a very sweet aroma and flavour due to its high fructose content, it is described as a natural sweetener for diets excluding sugar (sucrose).
